Chairman declares Public Hearing now open
Chairman States: Reason for this Hearing is to consider a Zone Change from A-1 Agriculture to C-1 Commercial for ten acres of parcel number 61-05-001-200-0011-00 the North West Quadrant of Meinert and Maple Island Roads, Request made by Marvin Mast K-Mar Structures 7960 E. Meinert Rd. All fees have been paid to Holton Township.

Chairman: Welcome to this Holton Township Public Hearing. We appreciate you taking the time to present your opinions. Everyone will be given an opportunity to speak. In order for us to have an effective public hearing, we ask that you abide by the following rules:

- Give us your comments, Opinions or questions on the issue being discussed.
- To ensure that everyone has time to speak, we are limiting speaking time to three (3) minutes. If time permits, we may allow you one additional time period to provide new information.
