Review and Approve Minutes

Motion by Rhett Sease, supported by Tim Ylitalo to approve minutes of June 21, 2016 as presented. Motion carried.

Approve Meeting Agenda

Motion by Bill Halbower, supported by Rhett Sease to add to unfinished business meeting dates for the 2016-2017 fiscal year. Motion carried.

Public Comments – None

Planning Commission Comments –

Bill Halbower commented as we update our zoning ordinance, committee will need copies of Zoning Ordinance Manual. Bill to check with Angela on printing and getting copies to members.

Unfinished Business –

Committee reviewed and make final revisions to ordinance proposals – Article 19, Sign Ordinance, Fence Ordinance, and revisions on miscellaneous ordinance.

Motion by Rhett Sease, supported by Tim Ylitalo to approve changes in ordinances presented and set date for Public Hearing. Motion carried.

Public Hearing Notice to be published July 31, 2016 with Public Hearing scheduled for Monday, August 15, 2016.
