The Holton Historical Society was founded in 1999 by lifetime resident of Holton, Eldora Scanlon.

The Holton Historical Society meets the second Monday of the month at 2:00 p.m. at the Holton Township Hall, upper level. This historic building housed the Holton United Methodist Church for many years.
The society invites all who wish to preserve Holton’s past to become a part of this group. Members welcome any information or artifacts pertaining to the history of Holton.
