Review of Bills:

080216 Treasurer Halbower made the motion to pay the bills as presented. Supervisor Noble seconded. CARRIED.

Treasurer’s Report:

080316 Trustee Jager made the motion to accept the treasurers report as presented. Clerk Johnson seconded. CARRIED.

Department Reports: Fire Chief Stevens reported total man-hours of 238.5 for July. Expenses for the 206 account were $4,941.38 which is currently 3% under budget. The 216 account had zero expenses.

Art would like to add Benjamin Deets to the fire department as a probationary.

080416 Trustee Jager made the motion to add Benjamin Deets as a probationary fire fighter to the fire department. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED.

Art requested permission to purchase a grill/smoker from Marv Dunbar that they use for their beef fund raiser dinner every year. He will sell it for $350.

080516 Trustee Jager made the motion to allow the purchase of the grill/smoker out of the 207 account. Clerk Johnson seconded. CARRIED.

Unfinished Business: Discussion of proposed ordinance changes – there was a little discussion of the changes, but as we did not have the changes made at the last planning commission meeting there was no action.

Resolution to accept Board Meeting dates for 2016-2017 – 7/12/16, 8/9/16, 9/13/16, 10/11/16,11/8/16 – held at Library due to November General Election, 12/13/16, 1/10/17, 2/14/17, 3/13/17, 4/11/17, 5/9/17, and 6/13/17.

New Business: Permission for Mick to attend MTA Workshop on 9/8/16.
