Department Reports: Cemetery Superintendent Julie Vanderboegh thanked the township for the new drop box – it is great not to have any more wet books and magazines. The new blinds are up and have been noticed, and commented that they look nice. Thank you to Marc for keeping the snow shoveled all winter.

Authorization of Quit Claim Deed to Susan Denise Chase for property on Holton Duck Lake Road.

040514 Trustee Wilson made the motion to authorize the Quit Claim Deed to Susan Denise Chase for the Holton Duck Lake property. Treasurer Halbower seconded. CARRIED.

Penalty word changes to the Ordinances as recommended by the Planning Commission. These changes are
recommended to provide consistency throughout our Police Ordinances. The changes are to 20.003 sec 3, 20.054 sec 4, 22.09, 35.007 sec7.2, 35.057 sec 7, 36.000 #6, 2004-1, and Sec 7 of the Park Ordinance. This is the new wording: Any violation of any provision of this Ordinance shall be dealt with under provisions of the Chapter 42 “Civil Infraction Ordinance”.
